Lee Lee Nam

대중들을 작품 앞에서 5분 이상 멈추게 한다는 ‘5분의 미학’으로 유명한 이이남 작가는 디지털 아트를 통해 자신의 이야기를 작품 속에 담아 대중과 친밀하게 소통하고, 삶의 가치와 행복 등 다양한 메시지를 전달하는 작업을 추구한다.

작품의 핵심은 ‘기운생동 (氣韻生動)’이다. 동양화에서 가장 중요하게 여기는 정신으로, 글씨나 그림의 기운이 생생하게 약동한다는 뜻이다. 시대를 초월하는 공감과 인문학적 담론을 자신의 관점과 언어로 이야기한다.
